Subject: Black-bellied Plovers & Black Scoters, Keystone Lake, Armstrong Co
Hi All,

After going to see the Cattle Egret reported by Marge Van Tassel (which was
not visible around 12:30 but reappeared and was present through 2:30), I
went to Keystone Lake. Highlights included 2 Black-bellied Plovers at the
north end and 3 Black Scoters at the south end (required a short hike in).
Both species are first ebird records for the county. A late Spotted
Sandpiper and 3 Greater Yellowlegs were also present. Full list follows -
I'll add some photos to it soon.

Best,

Michael David
