Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report. This report

On October 31 a COSTA'S HUMMINGBIRD was photographed at a feeder near Grants
Pass. Another is now coming to a feeder in South Beach on Yaquina Bay.
Several BLUE JAYS reports are now coming from Northeast Oregon. One was at a
feeder in Sisters October 27.
TROPICAL KINGBIRDS were reported during the week from Cape Blanco, Pistol
River, Coos Bay, Yaquina Bay, and Tillamook Bay.
A LAPLAND LONGSPUR was seen October 28 in Brookings. On October 29 single
ROCK SANDPIPERS were on the South Jetty of Yaquina Bay and on Barview Jetty
at Tillamook Bay. On November 1 a RED-NAPED SAPSUCKER was at Ona Beach State
Park. A HARRIS'S SPARROW was reported October 26 in Nehalem. On October 29 a
SNOW BUNTING was at the South Jetty of the Columbia River.
TRUMPETER SWANS were reported October 31 on Sauvie Island. On October 26 a
RED-SHOULDERED HAWK was along the Columbia Slough in North Portland. A male
EURASIAN WIGEON was seen October 28 at Dawson Creek Park in Hillsboro.
On October 31 a flock of GRAY-CROWNED ROSY-FINCHES were on Mt. Bachelor west
