10/20 - New Haven - Lighthouse Point Park Hawkwatch - 153 migrating raptors
counted: 7 Turkey Vultures, 2 Osprey, 3 Northern Harriers (incl. 1 Gray
Ghost), 2 Bald Eagles (juvies), 56 Sharp-shinned Hawks, 39 Cooper's Hawks,
7 Red-tailed Hawks, 16 American Kestrels, 8 Merlin's, 3 Peregrine Falcons,
7 Unidentified Accipiters, 3 Unidentified Raptors.

Also migrating: 45 Canada Geese, 170 Red-winged Blackbirds, 2 Common
Ravens, 2 American Pipits, 15 Cedar Waxwings, 25 Finch sp., 30 House
Finches, 150 American Robins, 3 Eastern Bluebirds, 56 Cowbirds sp., 110
Tree Swallows, 42 Double-crested Cormorants, 2 Common Loons, and 1 probable
Common Nighthawk.
