Subject: [AZNMbirds] Birds in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Recently, in my neighborhood in Albuquerque, in the vicinity of Washington NE, south of Indian School Rd, I observed a fair amount of not so common species in the area:

29 October:

Blue Jay in Altura Park (it didn't stay, flew north)

Cassin's Finch

Pine Siskin

Red- breasted Nuthatch

Mountain Chickadee

Spotted Towhee

Ruby-crowned Kinglet

In recent weeks I also saw:

Evening Grosbeak

White-breasted Nuthatch

Pygmy Nuthatch

Steller's Jays (first for me in the neighborhood)

Brown Creeper

White-crowned Sparrow

Broad-tailed Hummingbird (late, 16 Oct)

And also COMMON wintering species:

Northern Flicker

Dark-eyed Junco

Say's Phoebe
