At ten AM, a covey (about eight birds) seen crossing path near small pond in meadow. The pond is down a path, a few feet from large parking lot on Town Street Norwich. The birds disappeared into brush between path and pond. Both males and females in group. I'm sorry I didn't email sooner, I tried with phone but I guess sent to wrong address.
