Subject: [IN-BIRD-L] Ft. Harrison SP - kinglets and phoebes
Birding was slooow on a beautiful fall morning at Ft. Harrison State Park, Indy, on October 22. Not many highlights but we did have plenty of kinglets and four phoebes. The extensive mowing done at the park this fall has eliminated habitat for sparrows and other weedy area birds. The full bird list is below.
The final bird walk of the fall will be October 29. Meet at 8am at Delaware Lake parking lot.
