Subject: [MDBirding] National Botanic Garden birds, 10/11
There were many birds in the National Garden (of the US Botanic Garden, SE of the Capitol).
In the american beautyberries on the south side of the little stream were several Grey catbirds, some American robins, and a female Common Yellowthroat.
On the opposite side of the little stream I found an Ovenbird and two House wrens. Also in the garden were a few Chipping sparrows.
Not bad for a tiny but very beautiful location
