along with about 50 hikers.

5 mi/8K visibility.

Raptor Observations:
Condition: strong W winds kept large raptors down.
SS was well below the peak of Wachusett.
No local TVs. Only 1 imm. RT ventured to peak level.

Local ML.

Non-raptor Observations:
Local Ravens up.
One migrating Monarch injured and resting.

Predictions:
Friday
Partly sunny, with a high near 72. West wind 3 to 7 mph.
Conditions similar to today but less wind -
potential with less W wind = more raptors.
