Jan Hansen and I have a Connecticut Warbler at Mason Farm (Chapel Hill). The bird is just 50m past the gate at the parking area, i.e. in the edge of the forest, right around the trail. I first saw it straight overhead and then lost it in a flock, but we taped it back in and Jan got some pictures. It is out of view now but should still be around.
We also had a Nashville Warbler in the trees at the parking area, for a total of 13 warbler species so far, just around the parking area and pond along the road.
