The bird reported on eBird at 2:40 PM yesterday is still at the west end of AC Bird Refuge this morning. To my eye this is a very bright juvenile Pectoral Sandpaper.
Although the bill lacks the pale mandible base of Pectoral, the breast pattern is heavily streaked and well-delineated. In flight the bird called several times and it was the harsh 'dzzrt' sound of Pectoral.
