Subject: IBET; Sangamon tower kills from recent fog
Sangamon County TV Tower Kill on Sept. 19, 2017--foggy morning:

I salvaged (with a permit) the following speciesĀ  east of Springfield at
a TV tower:

Philadelphia Vireo-1

Red-eyed Vireo-2

Golden-winged Warbler-1

Tennessee Warbler-7

Chestnut-sided Warbler-3 plus one that is still alive

American Redstart-2

Black and White Warbler-5

Common Yellowthroat-1

Blackburnian Warbler-2

Does anyone know the odds of survival for a bird that seems to have no
visible injuries; wings and legs in good shape, and quite active but
cannot fly? I know it probably has a head injury but is there something
that can help it recover?
