Subject: [JERSEYBI] On migration of Wheaters
I did some reading over breakfast. Its been west winds, so maybe no matter
with a northerly or a southerly component, it just keeps heading
to Africa where it will winter. Assuming this is a bird from Canada. With vagrants,
always a good idea to get all the field marks and vocalizations if possible. And
not assume, but I do.

I am talking in general on that. Say flycatchers for example.

That Wheatear could be anywhere at the moment. Another good reason to
bird always. Period.

Good birding all!
