Seems remarkably early for Cackling Geese. But I heard White-fronted Geese
from my house about 20 miles north of Fernhill WL yesterday (9/12)late morning.
Western Tanager calling here at sunrise today(9/13). Swainson's Thrushes in
the bushes by the house. Lars
