Is in evidence this morning. Between ~8 a.m.-8:40 a.m. apparent diurnal migrants passing over/through the south part of Twin Peaks:

Say's Phoebe

Blue-gray Gnatcatcher

(Audubon's)Yellow-rumped Warbler- first of "fall" migration. (HY bird on Mt. Davidson 7/27 was more likely a dispersant from a local breeding effort than a true long distance traveler from another part of the range (?)

Yellow Warbler - 2

Warbler sp. - 5 unseen, soft "generic" flight calls

A grosbeak is calling from the trees behind the Randall Museum on Corona Hill, heard over construction noise.

Good luck out there,
