The stilt sandpiper is still there this morning. Along with at least 4 solitary sandpipers and the killdeer. Did not see the semipalmated but, that does not mean it wasn't there.

The Stilt sandpiper found 9-8 by Judy Lesso is still present today at Canonsburg Lake behind the doctors offices.  Along with it were 2 Solitary sandpiper 1  continuing Semipalmated Plover, the usual Killdeer and along the trail that skirts the backside of the mudflat and overlooks the lake a scolding Wood Thrush drew in a curious Hermit Thrush.

Enjoy your birding,
