Subject: [ia-bird] Black-throated Blue
Yesterday, Sept 9 at Grammar Grove in Marshall County, I spotted a Black-throated Blue warbler. If you go west on a trail leading away from the camp ground, walk about ten yards and stop. That area was a hot bed of vireos, warblers, Swainson's thrush, and catbird. This was about 10 AM.

The hawk watch at Grammar Grove will start any time now, particularly Sept. 13-30.
