Unable to do any seawatching in the dense fog, I did a route from the Presidio through Land's End and into western GG Park. Highlights included a Hermit Warbler and a female type Orchard Oriole at the East Wash, a female MacGillivray's Warbler at Middle Lake, and good numbers of Western Tanagers at every site.
Also of interest was a Brown Creeper hanging onto very thin twigs near Bercut. The twigs sagged under its weight, and it appeared to nearly fall several times. It could certainly have used more perching power for feeding so far out on the limb.
