Riverview Dr., Belle, Tuesday, September 8, 2017, 07:06 a.m. :
Bald Eagle. Immature. Some white on sides of neck. Mottled white spots on underwings. Whitish wing linings, chest and belly. Maybe between 2nd and 3rd year?

It circled several times over the river and headed downstream, (northwest).

Marmet Locks, Thursday, September 7th, 2017:
Warblers are very active on the Fisherman’s Trail between the Dead-water and All-weather Ponds. Yellow-throated, Wilson’s, Hooded, Prairie and a Chestnut-sided Warbler, (an immature/non-breeding female that took several hours of research to identify). Life bird!
Also a Spotted Sandpiper in non-breeding plumage.

Will post on eBird as time allows.

Also, a Wood Duck drake was on the All-weather Pond Wednesday.
