Subject: [Va-bird] Shorebirds at Langley AFB
There was a nice selection of shorebirds on Langley AFB this morning.
When there is standing water in some of the areas near the flightline, these
areas tend to harbor some nice species of shorebirds. This morning there
were Pectoral and Least Sandpipers, Lesser Yellowlegs, Short-billed
Dowitchers, and Semipalmated and Black-bellied Plovers. Other birds seen listed
below.
