Subject: [CT Birds] Bstn Hlw, /Yale Forest, Ashford, 9-4-17 another Barred Owl sighting
Another Barred Owl in the same area as 2 previous sightings. Undoubtedly
one of the 2. Nice surprise of a pair of obviously migrating Northern
Parulas. Otherwise mostly local birds.

Barred Owl 1 In the same area as 2 previous sightings in the past 3
weeks. This one was a fly-away, as I walked around a corner and apparently
surprised it.

Eastern Phoebe 15 Probably a very low number. All seen and all
appeared to be juveniles.
