In the Enid Haupt Garden behind the Castle, a female was feeding on _Erythrina_ flowers (large, red and tubular) near the skylight on the northwest side of the garden.
If you go to the gardens but miss the hummer, you will still be amazed by the butterflies, around the Erythrina, but also throngs of them milling around the _Lantana_ planted on the parterre
(Plants names courtesy of Michael the gardener. A visitor reported a hummer to him last week among the tropical plants next to the wall of the Freer)
