Subject: [JERSEYBI] Camden County big year birding - locations
Hello,
Marilyn and I went exploring this horrendously hot and muggy day! We survived!
We had a Mallard mom with 4 babies or so huddled under her wings. We are presuming
protection from the heat. Cute!
Farnham Park mud flat at low to medium tide was still mud! Not covered in vegetation.
Many Least Sandpipers there. We are hoping for different shorebirds!
Atco Lake and Wharton Pond were both birdy, nothing new for the year anywhere.
White Ibis don't like Camden. Yet!

Dragonfly notes - Atco Lake. Loaded! Anywhere with a Comet Darner is good!

Good birding all.
