Subject: IBET More Dickcissels (6-30-17)
DICKCISSELS continue to invade the Chicago area (this year, anyway). I found lots of DICKCISSELS, along with other breeding birds such as ORCHARD ORIOLES, SPOTTED SANDPIPERS, & AMERICAN WOODCOCK at Indian Ridge Marsh in southeast Chicago on Friday morning (30 June 2017). There are two public parking lots for Indian Ridge - one at 118th & Torrence Avenue, the other on 122nd Street just west of TorrenceĀ (both in Chicago). Photos at the links-
