Tough one, Bob.

My choices are Baltimore Oriole, a species that has many individual variations; Carolina Wren, just do to the tonality; or an escaped pet bird.

Final vote: Baltimore Oriole - but not certain. The flute like sound and repetitive song has me leaning that way.
