Subject: [obol] Pair of Black Phoebes at Yaquina Bay North Jetty Trail

This morning at 10 AM, Martin Bray saw a pair of Black Phoebes. They
were along the north jetty trail of Yaquina Bay about 125 yards east
from the start of the dunes, where the trail consists of larger stones
and the rip-rap is made up of large boulders. Martin wrote "The BLPH
pair was actively flycatching on the edge of the willows and from the
rip-rap as well. I didn't observe any breeding behavior at the time
other than the birds fed in proximity to each other over a 45 minute
