Subject: Cave Mountain Birding
Yesterday morning, David Oakley, Jackie Guzy, and I had a nice morning of birding at Cave Mountain and Lost Valley on the Buffalo River. Highlights were Cerulean Warblers, Hooded Warblers, 3 feisty Worm-eating Warblers, Blue-winged Warblers, Wood Thrush and many more upland breeding specialties.

We also had a good number of Blackpoll Warblers singing and foraging, something that has occurred the last 3 years in a row on spring trips to Cave Mountain round this time.
