Subject: [MDBirding] Susquehanna, warblers and new arrivals, 7/20/17


Just a little rain in the early morning then turning sunny and awesome. 11 warblers species (mainly local nesters) and some recent arrivals, including 2 red-breasted nuthatches, which aren't common here.

Northern Waterthrush (1)

Black-and-White (2)

Prothonotary (1)

Com. Yellowthroat (1)

Parula (30+)

Palm (3, yellow)

Pine (3)

Yellow-Rumped (50+)

Yellow-Throated (10)


Other birds:

Caspian Tern (15+)

Kingbird (1)

Warbling Vireo (1)

Red-Breasted Nut (2)

Brown Thrasher (2)

Orchard Oriole (1)
