We had a fair day with 17 birds of 8 species handled. More movement of White-throated Sparrows occuring in the last few banding days as they seem to be getting the urge to move north. Twenty-five (or more) Cedar Waxwings were feeding on privet berries throughout the banding area, but we missed capturing any. Thanks to our 7 volunteer helpers who always do a great job for the banding program. Next banding day is Monday, April 24 at the Air Quality site.
