The Ebird species map is pretty sparse east of Hwy 97, It looks like Harney, Grant (one record), Lake and Crook are the only ones with records, but all counties west of 97 seem to have them. I would guess all counties on the East slope of the Cascades have breeders and none farther East with the possible exception of Crook. Chuck Gates would be the expert there.
