Subject: [CT Birds] Happy Easter from the Hamden Eagles
Hi Folks. As of around Wed April 12th, the Hamden Eagles have changed their
behavior. Now they are sitting upright and looking down into the north end
of the nest. They are now dropping their heads into the nest and out of
sight doing "Chick Stuff". I am sure, based on past behavior, that the
chicks have hatched - that and they now have diapers hanging from all the
surrounding trees. Happy Easter and pass out the chocolate eggs. Mike Horn -
Hamden, CT
