On my way to join Stockbridge at Hurshtown Reservoir, I checked on the Cedarville Bald Eagle nest and found one bird low in the nest with another perched above it. The full-to-the-brim Cedarville Reservoir held virtually no birds-- a few geese and three N. Shovelers. But I did pick up my FOS Northern Rough-winged Swallow (2) along the shores. And, between the two reservoirs along Springfield Center Road, I noted my FOS Purple Martins (8+) at an Amish homestead.
