Subject: Prothonotary Warblers and next bird walk - Francis Beidler Forest
Hi All,

We had our first Prothonotary Warblers of the year show up this morning at the Francis Beidler Forest (Dorchester County, SC). Other notable birds seen recently include Yellow-crowned Night-Heron, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Red-eyed Vireo, and Louisiana Waterthrush.

These species are just in time for our next bird walk, which will be tomorrow (Saturday) morning from 8:30-11:30. There is a $12/person fee for this program, and we do ask that participants call the center (843-462-2150) in advance to sign up.

Good birding,

Matt
