Subject: [NHBirds] Lyne Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker Thursday Afternoon
Heard calling from the woods near the house. Call is so distinctive, what else could it be? Interestingly, reported a YBSA last year on March 13. The conditions then were much less wintry. Ice was out of the local fire pond. The temperature was in the 50s, and crocuses were flowering. A far cry from this year. Blake Allison
