Subject: [wisb] Chequamegon Bay Birding & Nature Festival, 18-20 May 2017
Calling all nature lovers! Registration is now open for the 2017 Chequamegon Bay Birding & Nature Festival to be held in Ashland, May 18-20.

The birds are great (Tropical Kingbird last year!), the destinations spectacular, and the people knowledgeable and friendly. With 110+ trips and programs on all things nature, there's always something for everyone, from wildflowers, frogs, and fish to spiders, mushrooms, land snails, and more!

This year's theme is climate change, including a keynote presentation by Madison Audubon's Dr. Matthew Reetz on projected impacts to Wisconsin birds.

We'll again gather for a fun and delicious banquet dinner, and a portion of your registration fee will again go to the Bayfield Regional Conservancy and Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin.

But act now, because after just a few hours of open registration quite a few trips have already filled, and most will eventually!

Festival details and registration can be found at

Thank you!
