Birding the Northeast Kingdom
15 March 2017 at 7 PM (Wednesday)
At the Rocks Estate on 4 Christmas Tree Lane in Bethlehem, NH.
Tired of moving snow? Well take a break and join us for an illustrated slide presentation on Birding the Northeast Kingdom or NEK with award winning photographer and birder Tom Berriman. Tom is the President of NEK Audubon in St Johnsbury, VT and has birded all over America but calls the NEK home. He will take us on a journey to many of the hotspots of the NEK to see favorites like the Spruce Grouse, Black-backed Woodpecker, Gray Jay, Evening Grosbeak, Bicknell’s Thrush and many more species. A free birding map to the best birding areas of the NEK and North Country of New Hampshire will be available. The program is free and the public is invited.
