Weather: Cold (-9.9 to -1.3) with strong ESE and SE wind (15-36 mph). Partly to mostly cloudy skies. The valley remained somewhat hazy
Raptor Observations: The 15 Golden Eagles heading north were at 9:00, 10:30, 10:58, 11:26 (3 eagles), 12:13, 2:02, 2:24, 2:36, 2:44, 2:50, 2:51, 2:55, & 3:31. They included 9 adults, 4 Juveniles, and 2 Sub-adults. We also had 3 Golden Eagles flying south. At 2:44 we had one Golden flying north and 1 Golden flying south at the same time. There were also 3 Bald Eagles flying south, as well as 6 Red-tailed Hawks, 1 Sharp-shinned Hawk flying south. We watched one Golden go into a stoop. Of the Harriers, one was a female and 2 were male.
Non-raptor Observations: Turkey 11, American Crow 5, Sea Gull 1, non-migrating or south flying TV 8, Eastern Bluebird 2, Mourning Dove 1, Common Raven 1
