Subject: [SBB] Shoreline Lake and Ed Levin CP Mar 7
The male Hooded Merganser reported yesterday by Bill Bousman near the boat
docks on Shoreline Lake in Mtn View had moved to the south side of the
island where I saw it this morning. Best seen from near the gravel boat ramp
or green gate near the NW the corner of the golf course on the south side of
the lake. One Great-tailed Grackle was at the café. Later at Ed Levin CP the
species-conflicted sapsucker was in its usual pepper tree despite the dirt
lot being a dumping ground for landslide debris. Use Old Calaveras Rd.
Calaveras is closed.
