Lake Barney is really good right now. 200 ish White-fronted Geese, Cackling Geese, and a great variety of ducks. 60+ Green-winged Teal, 100 Ring-necked Ducks, plus Mallard, Black, pintail, Am. Wigeon, scaup, Canvasback, Redhead, Hooded and Common Merganser. A scope really helps and the sun doesn't, when looking from Cty M.
Island Lake ,on Rutland-Dunn Road, had some white-fronted geese, but not a lot of variety.
The Cty B widespread has almost nothing.
I didn't stop at Lower Mud Lake, but it has a good duck population.
