Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report. This report

The Salishan Nature Trail BROWN THRASHER, Coos Bay KING EIDER, and the South
Beach COSTA'S HUMMINGBIRD continue to be seen.
A conspicuous movement of VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOWS passed through western
Oregon during the week. Six BARN SWALLOWS were near Coquille February 18.
The RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRD movement continues with one near Astoria February 22.
SANDHILL CRANES are now flying northward over the Willamette Valley and
east of the Cascades.
Among a swarm of grebes on Siltcoos Lake February 10 were ten CLARK'S
GREBES. On February 19 a BLACK PHOEBE was at Beverly Beach State Park. A
SAY'S PHOEBE was seen February 18 at Boiler Bay. That day two SAY'S PHOEBES
were at Powell Butte Park in Gresham. Another SAY'S PHOEBE is now at the
Oregon City Sewage Plant. A BARROW'S GOLDENEYE was seen February 20 at the
