Weather: Overcast, seasonably warm. Drizzle and light rain during the first hour, then a break in the rain until light rain and drizzle in the afternoon. Steady south winds.
Raptor Observations: Zero migrating raptors detected. Some of the usual local raptors were around. Chuck was treated to close looks at an adult Bald Eagle that flew around at treetop level for a while.
Non-raptor Observations:
