Subject: [nysbirds-l] Manhattan, NYC Bullock’s Oriole cont., Thursday, 11/5
Morningside Park, Manhattan, N.Y. City - Thursday, November 5th -

The brightly plumaged younger male Bullocks Oriole has continued thru Thursday, with many additional and repeat observers and photographers. Some of the other species seen on Wednesday at Morningside Park are also continuing there. This park is in the neighborhood just a short way east of the main campus of Columbia University, and is located between Morningside Drive to the west and higher parts of the park, and Manhattan Ave. to the east and at the lower side of this more-linear north-south aligned city park. An entrance at West 113th Street and Manhattan Ave. could be the nearest to where the Bullocks Oriole has been observed.

Thanks to many, many observers and photographers for new updated sightings, alerts, and reports.

Good birding,

Tom Fiore
