I birded this morning in the wind and rain and found three Black Scoters rather than the two I had seen previously. The other good birds were Greater and Lesser Scaup, Forster’s Terns, and three Eastern Bluebirds that posed for pictures.
The wind and rain did not make for the best pictures but good enough for identification anyway. The latest weather report sounds like it should be nicer on Saturday.
