On our recent road trip to the desert, I really enjoyed seeing birds that don't normally frequent Santa Cruz County. I thought others might be inspired to hit the road as well, so I wanted to share my trip report <https://ebird.org/tripreport/591338>. The focus of our road trip was hiking, biking, and camping. Of course, I could not help but bird along the way! I am looking for new places to explore, so please let me know if you have any ideas for fall/winter road trips.
