... important day on our calendar here in Skagit. We saw our first
confirmed Trumpeter
Swans (flying) and there is snow on the tops of the mountains on
both sides of the Skagit
Valley running all the way East on both sides as far as we can
see. We haven't seen the
recurring "morning move of the swans from Barney Lake to the
fields" yet but it will
start happening soon.
