Yesterday morning at a farm pond in Greenbrier Co. I noticed something unusual as soon as I arrived. Without hesitation I got my scope out of the car and counted FIFTY-EIGHT killdeer! No matter how many times I scoped the birds I couldn't find any other species, but that was still quite a site to see.
