Subject: [sbcobirding] Red Crossbills again today at NCOS
Around 12:30 to 2:30, a flock of about 25 seen coming and going from the medium size distressed pine just west of Whittier Pond.  Vocalized in flight but otherwise quiet. Red-breasted Nuthatch in the same tree and Swinhoe’s White-eye in a willow east of the pond.
