Visitors: Two soldiers doing a training run up the mountain, nine visitors for the view.
Weather: Sunny, mostly no clouds, temperature from 41 to 64 degrees. Wind light from the north and NE.
Raptor Observations: A Merlin dove on the owl three times but did not go thru. Local TV, BV, Raven, Bald eagles and Red-tailed hawks not counted. Three adult and one immature Bald Eagle were counted.
Non-raptor Observations: Wild Turkey seen on the drive up to the hawk watch. Bluebirds and White throated Sparrows very vocal early. Hermit Thrush, Blue-headed vireo, Pine Siskins and Towhee seen. C-130 were flying.
