Chukar (Alectoris chukar) (Exotic: Naturalized) (6)

- Checklist: https://ebird.org/checklist/S405337498
- Comments: "Flushed from downslope to the south as I pulled up. Walked over to the edge and birds flushed again. Clearly a gallinaceous species with high wing loading and constant flapping. Not as fast-flying as a CAQU and about twice as large. Only saw flush twice with naked eye, but the choices are rather limited out here. Birds flew downhill to about here. (35.0068276, -119.5002691)"

- Comments: "Condor soaring with around 20 turkey vultures, lower to the ground than expected. Was much larger in size compared to the vultures, saw a brief look and identified the wing pattern. Also observed the difference in flight as well, was very flat and had started to flap as it got lower. Had a light wing tag, believe it was a tan tag. Wasn’t able to get a picture, other observer would also agree with the information said."
