202 visitors. Thanks Jim, Carl, Chris, Pat & Brian, and many others for
spending time with us!

Weather:
Mostly sunny with visibility to Mt. Washington. Gentle breeze from the
northwest, becoming almost calm in the afternoon. Temps ranging from high
thirties to low fifties.

Raptor Observations:
The first bird of the day was a juvenile harrier flying through during 11
o'clock. It was followed by two more harriers, a few vultures, some buteos,
some accips, some eagles, and a Merlin. The most birds came by during 1
o'clock (nine). Bald Eagles won the prize for the most abundant bird today,
with four counted as migrants (all immature).

Non-raptor Observations:
One exciting highlight: Around 4:30pm, Glen spotted three Sandhill Cranes
flying over the valley! Purple Finches, Pine Siskins, and one Common Loon
also flew over. A Blue Jay and chickadees enjoyed the birdseed.

Monarchs: 1/846

Predictions:
Similar weather tomorrow.
