I was following up on a report on Whatsapp by Celia Gerry in the afternoon.
From what I understand, the bird was found by Jon La Rose et al around noon
today (https://ebird.org/checklist/S404827364), though I didn't see that
list until after I had seen the bird, and didn't know to expect a bird this
crazy. Feedback/corrections welcome.
